We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary professional to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in a wide range of cooking techniques and ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, consistency, and food safety - aligning with both DO & CO and airline client specifications.About DO & COWe have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every elevated floor and in the sky. With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of cooking techniques, including prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, and grillingPrepare meals according to quality standards for freshness, taste, appearance, and consistencyFollow standardized recipes to ensure portion control and product consistencyNotify the Chef or Sous Chef immediately of any shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns with ingredients or productsMonitor and assist with the timing and flow of food production to maintain an efficient kitchen operationSupport coordination between kitchen stations to prevent delays in the production processEnsure full compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulationsAdhere strictly to procedures outlined in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) handbookReport any food safety risks or violations to your manager and the hygiene/food safety teamMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all timesQualifications:Proactivity and self-organizationAbility to manage through a substantial workloadCapability to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlinesAbility to accurately monitor wastageFlexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)Culinary Education requiredMinimum of 2 year of cooking experience.What We Offer:Pay Range: $26.52 hourlyFull-time employees are eligible for 401K and healthcare benefits; Medical, Dental & Vision.Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry.Diversity & Inclusion Statement
