The Coordinator, Marketing Operations supports the execution of brand and digital marketing initiatives across omni-channel environments. This role manages project lifecycles, including planning, briefing, coordination, execution, and quality assurance across all Digital Media (email, Paid Social, Ecommerce, SMS, seasonal brand campaigns, product packaging, collaborations, licensing, and corporate communications). This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, accurate, and brand-right delivery of all marketing assets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Project Scoping & CoordinationCollects and consolidates the scope of work across all marketing channels based on business needs, internal stakeholder input, and brand guidelines. Writes thorough marketing and project briefs for brand assets, email/SMS, site content, packaging, collaborations, or other initiatives. Identifies appropriate creative or resource teams needed to complete project tasks. Sets, communicates, and manages deadlines for internal partners and external vendors. Project Management & ExecutionManages projects through their full lifecycle, including maintaining project documentation, status updates, and calendars for brand and digital initiatives. Supports execution of omni-channel marketing materials including seasonal packaging, collaborations, licensing assets, email, SMS, and onsite content. Coordinates review and approval processes internally and externally, including routing through licensing or collaboration partner portals when needed. Ensures all marketing materials meet brand, legal, and partner guidelines through meticulous proofing. Initiates and/or lead project meetings to establish timelines, goals, and next steps. Identifies and escalates project risks as needed to protect timelines and quality. Cross Functional CollaborationBuilds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact for brand and digital marketing projects. Works collaboratively across cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and streamline workflows. Performance TrackingMonitors the success of projects by tracking KPIs as defined by brand and digital marketing leaders. Other DutiesPerform other duties as assigned.
