Stamtec offers a comprehensive inventory of presses and integrates complete turn-key solutions including quick die change systems and coil feeding equipment, backed by a strong dealer network and service centers across the U.S.About the RoleStamtec is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth within an assigned territory. This role is focused on selling capital equipment solutions into the metal stamping and manufacturing industry, with responsibility for new machine sales and long-term account development.This is a hunter-sales role with strong technical engagement, where success is driven by relationship building, solution selling, and deep understanding of customer production and manufacturing needs. What You’ll DoDevelop and execute territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for Stamtec mechanical and servo presses.Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing.Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and manufacturing customers.Conduct regular customer visits across assigned region to understand production requirements and future opportunities.Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity reporting.Represent Stamtec at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows. What We’re Looking For5+ years of industrial or capital equipment sales experience.Experience in metal stamping, presses, automation, or manufacturing equipment strongly preferred.Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex sales.Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand manufacturing processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory-based role.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and personal days.Paid sick leave and additional leave benefits per company policy.401(k) retirement plan.Why Join StamtecIndustry-leading press technology and strong market reputation.High-impact role with significant earning potential.Opportunity to work directly with top manufacturers in North America.Supportive engineering and service teams behind every sale.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their resume and relevant experience to: hr@stamtec.com
