Mid-sized Madison GC is looking to add a project manager to their team to run diverse light-commercial and ground-up hospitality projects. Client Overview:Revenue: $25M/YearProject Type: Light commercial, restaurants, hotels, and multifamilyProject Location: Mainly Wisconsin, with some out of state work.(Not a travel role)Project Size: $1M-$10M+ Description Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams across multiple project phases.Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation compliance.Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety performance on active job sites.Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and financials.Resolve project challenges proactively to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.Ensure all commercial builds meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.
