The company imports popular Japanese food products and distributes them to grocery retailers. After successfully building its foundation in its first year, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase!This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership in a startup environment and help establish operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shippingManage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levelsSupervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasksEnsure timely and accurate order fulfillment for retail clientsConduct regular inventory audits and reportingEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsQualificationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual English and Japanese or Chinese requiredPrior warehouse or logistics experience requiredManagement or supervisory experience preferredFood industry experience is a plus!Forklift certification is a plus!Work Hours and LocationMondayFriday (8:30 AM5:30 PM)Secaucus, NJ (in-person)Compensation $55,000-$70,000/year (depending on experience)Benefits (after 3-month probation) Insurance, PTO, and other company benefits
