The ideal candidate drives financial results and process improvement across the line of business. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and ALL-IN for the financial success of all programs they oversee.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee integrated program execution to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and customer objectivesCoordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionEstablish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processesMonitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomesMaintain accountability for overall program financial performance, including aggregated budgets, P&L, forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP)Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysisIdentify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect program profitability and performanceImplement and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, governance, and best practices across projectsServe as the primary customer and program liaison for all program-related activities and communicationsBuild strong relationships to align internal cross-functional stake holders to drive customer satisfaction without direct authority over outcomesDrive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across operational teamsDrives operational team KPI's to contribute to and ensure end-to-end program successUpholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organizationPerform additional responsibilities as neededSUCCESS FACTORS:A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goalsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phonesThis role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environmentWhen working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed bootsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:3-5+ years of project management experience requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license requiredThis position pays between $120,000 and $195,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
