This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.Job Summary:Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Conroe facility. This role is responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating production activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the successful integration, testing, and delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems.The Integration Supervisor works closely with engineering, project management, production, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems and a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.Job Duties:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnelAssign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirementsEnsure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specificationsMonitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiencySupport troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activitiesCoordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issuesEnsure compliance with UL508A, NEC, customer requirements, and internal quality standardsConduct inspections and verify workmanship throughout the production processPromote and enforce all company safety policies and proceduresLead employee training, coaching, and development initiativesParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activitiesMaintain accurate production and reporting documentationIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration processSupport Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiativesAssist with inventory, materials coordination, and production planning as neededRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required5+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawingsWorking knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work within a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems, or related field2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceFamiliarity with UL508A, NEC, and industrial electrical standardsExperience with ERP/MRP systemsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceExperience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activitiesBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD100% medical premium paid for by Panelmatic for the employee-only level medical coverage80% paid for by Panelmatic and 20% paid for by the employee on all other level medical coverage (i.e. employee plus child, employee plus spouse, family)401(k) contributions matched 100% up to 4% Scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, and paid personal and professional development providedPTO and paid holidays providedCareer advancement opportunities Competitive wagesFamily-friendly environment with average employee tenure above five years
