CNC Machinist $21-$24 / Hr

Located in New Bremen, OHSalary: $21 - $24 / HrJob Title: CNC MachinistShift: 1st ShiftSalary: $21-24/hr (based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce machined parts per blueprints.Understand and follow work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and other hand-measurement tools.Load and unload parts efficiently while maintaining strict quality standardsMonitor machine operations for defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.Change tools as required to maintain accuracy and tolerances.Perform data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate production tracking.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience or equivalent training.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with hand-measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines is a plus.Education:High School Diploma/GED preferredBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceSupplemental Insurance Options401(K) with Company Match (after 90 days)Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementIf you are a detail-oriented CNC Machinist looking for a career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional development, apply today or contact our office at to speak with a recruiter about this opportunity!
