This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy.What You'll DoManage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finishCoordinate crews, materials, and job timelinesPerform site visits and quality checksEnsure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standardCommunicate with homeowners and internal teamsCompensation & PerksUp to $85K base salary$12K performance bonus potential$3K sign-on bonus ($1K at 30/90/120 days)Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Full-time, year-round workWhat We're Looking For2-5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodelingExperience managing crews or job sitesStrong organization and communication skillsValid driver's licenseAbout M&M Home RemodelingM&M is a top residential exterior remodeling company serving Chicagoland for 50+ years.
