IT Support Technician III
Job Summary
We are a growing 23-year-old Managed Service Provider that supports and services IT for all types and sizes of companies, agencies, and organizations. We are looking for an IT Support Technician III to be part of our service team. The team member we are looking for will provide escalation support for the help desk and field support teams to clients across the USA.
A NW Technology Service Technician helps our clients operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, be customer-oriented with troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients. No minimum billings or quotas.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Experience Preferred: Degree and 4-6 -years’ experience.
Valid Washington State Driver’s license required. Company vehicles are supplied.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in:
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra AD)
Microsoft Active Directory
Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 11, Mac OS)
Desktop Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
Networking (DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
Windows networking (File sharing, printing)
Additional skills:
Voice-over-IP phone systems
Surveillance Systems, Network Video Recorders
Basic Ethernet termination and testing.
