MES Support Engineer
Seeking experienced Apriso MES Support Engineers (L2/L3) with strong Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) expertise and German language proficiency to provide production support, incident management, problem resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for the Dassault Apriso MES landscape across manufacturing plants.The role requires working closely with business users, plant operations teams, global IT teams, and external vendors to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesL2 Support ResponsibilitiesMonitor Apriso MES application health and production support queues.Resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within defined SLAs.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.Handle configuration changes and master data updates.Troubleshoot interface issues between Apriso and:SAP ERP/S4HANAWarehouse SystemsOther Manufacturing ApplicationsCoordinate with L3 teams for complex technical issues.Participate in on-call support and critical incident management.Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.Communicate with German-speaking plant users and stakeholders.L3 Support ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem management.Analyze application logs, integrations, workflows, and performance bottlenecks.Design and implement system enhancements and bug fixes.Perform code reviews and deployment support.Develop and optimize:Business ComponentsProcess Builder WorkflowsCustom LibrariesSupport system upgrades, patches, and releases.Perform impact analysis for new business requirements.Lead technical solution discussions with stakeholders.Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Technical Skills RequiredMandatory Skills4–10+ years of Manufacturing IT experience.3+ years of Dassault Apriso MES experience.Strong understanding of:Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Production OperationsQuality ManagementLogistics & Warehouse ProcessesTraceability & GenealogyWork Order ManagementMaterial ManagementApriso Technical SkillsApriso Process BuilderGlobal Process Manager (GPM)Business ComponentsMachine IntegrationApriso AdministrationUser Security ManagementApriso Upgrade SupportReport DevelopmentDatabase SkillsMicrosoft SQL ServerT-SQLStored ProceduresQuery OptimizationIntegration SkillsSAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA IntegrationWeb Services (SOAP/REST)XML / JSONMiddleware IntegrationNice-to-Have SkillsApriso CertificationManufacturing Domain ExperienceAutomotive Industry ExperienceDevOps and CI/CD KnowledgePower BI ReportingAIOps / Monitoring ToolsGerman Language RequirementMandatoryGerman Language Proficiency: B2/C1/C2Ability to:Participate in meetings with German stakeholders.Handle incident communications.Create and review technical documentation.J-18808-Ljbffr
