Electrical Assembler

We are seeking a Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler) to perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical builds, wiring, repairs, and inspections supporting Navy and defense systems.Key Responsibilities IncludeAssembling system-level and subassembly components using wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable routing in accordance with engineering schematics and work instructions.Supporting mechanical and electrical assembly of shipboard hardware, including chassis, wiring harnesses, CCAs, and circuit boards.Interpreting engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and connector pin-outs for assembly tasks.Conducting inspections, functional testing, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting daily production schedules.Qualifications IncludeHigh school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant electro-mechanical assembly and hand-soldering experience.Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings.Capability to obtain certifications such as IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, and IPC-A-610 (training provided if needed).Preferred SkillsExperience working to IPC workmanship criteria and in defense manufacturing environments.Knowledge of cable and harness fabrication, electrical testing, and team collaboration.This onsite role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a safety-focused, innovative environment.
