Automation Machine Builder

Core Duties
Construct and diagnose automated assembly systems, sub-assemblies, and electrical parts by following detailed engineering blueprints and technical requirements.
Optimize machine performance and workflows during the initial commissioning of new equipment.
Execute precise machine alignments and complete final system configurations to ensure operational readiness.
Collaborate on the development and conceptual design phases for high-speed, precision-engineered machinery.
Professional Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in the construction of automatic assembly hardware, including the assembly and testing of pneumatic systems, indexers, pick-and-place units, metal forming tools, and punch/die sets.
Demonstrated ability to handle mechanical challenges with ease.
Advanced mathematical proficiency and the capability to accurately read and apply engineering schematics.
Familiarity with standard machine shop instrumentation.
An Associate degree, vocational-technical certification, or specialized training in a mechanical trade is highly desirable.
