Develop, Demonstrate, and support core and common learning tools for customers and bank staff relating to commercial deposit and treasury management products. Effectively promote bank products and services and initiate referral business.  Represent and promote Starion bank to the public, including both current and potential customers. Participate in civic groups and business and community development.
