---***Now Hiring Youth Cheer Coaches - Evenings & Part Time***---*Dallas Metro and Fort Worth Areas(practices are only 1 night per week)Multiple opportunities!-Start Training upon hire as an Assistant Coach-CHEER COACH - PART-TIME (1 evening per week)ACTIVSTARS is seeking an enthusiastic Cheer Coach who is excited to work with young athletes and bring their cheer experience back into action.Ideal Candidate:Has previous cheerleading and/or coaching experienceEnjoys working with children ages 4-15Is positive, energetic, and can serve as a strong role modelIs at least 18 years oldHas reliable transportationPosition Details:Part-time, one consistent evening per week (for example: every Tuesday evening)Coach three age groups (teams) in cheer basics, cheer dance, and pom routinesParticipate in three to four paid weekend events per semester (dates provided in advance)Responsibilities include:Preparing lesson plans and running weekly practicesTeaching skills safely and effectivelyChoreographing routines and performance cheersIntroducing basic stunting fundamentalsManaging attendance and simple recordsTraining Provided:Paid training covers teaching guidelines, practice structure, and shadowing a veteran coach to learn class flow and expectations.This position is ideal for college students, parents, and former cheerleaders who want to stay involved in the sport and make a positive impact.
