We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support Agile software delivery within a complex, highly regulated financial services environment.Requirements:• 7+ years leading software development projects• 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams• Proven ability to remove impediments, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools• Strong understanding of software development and release processes• Experience leveraging AI and generative AI tools to improve team productivity and delivery outcomes• Scrum certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, CSPO)• Experience in regulated industries preferred*Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) desired
