Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Work-from-home days Growth opportunities Wellness programs We seek an experienced Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our innovative wellness and aesthetics practice, focusing on hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and primary care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, promoting overall wellness and aesthetic enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Evaluate and manage patients for HRT, including bioidentical hormone replacement Develop personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed Weight Loss: Design and implement comprehensive weight loss programs, incorporating nutrition, fitness, and behavioral modifications Provide ongoing support and guidance to achieve and maintain weight loss goals Primary Care: Offer routine health maintenance, preventive care, and acute illness management Conduct physical exams, diagnose, and treat various medical conditions Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, aestheticians, and support staff Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and promoting health literacy Requirements: Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (FNP) Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an FNP, preferably in primary care, HRT, and weight loss.
