You'll ensure vehicles are organized, presentable, and ready for customers, while supporting the sales and service teams behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and values teamwork.What You'll DoMaintain organization and flow of vehicles on the sales lot or service departmentsPark, move, and stage vehicles for display, test drives, and deliveriesAssist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and inventory organizationEnsure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer readySupport sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logisticsMonitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concernsAssist with snow removal, lot cleanliness, and seasonal needsFollow all safety guidelines and dealership proceduresWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)Strong attention to detail and pride in presentationAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsDependable, punctual, and team oriented attitudeAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the dayPrevious dealership or automotive experience is a plus-but not required Why Work Here?
