We work directly with attorneys on high-stakes disputes across commercial litigation, labor & employment, and complex financial matters.Our model is partner-led, high-touch, and intellectually rigorous, offering clients clear, defensible economic analysis without the bureaucracy of larger firms.About the role:We are seeking a full-time Financial & Economic Analyst with a strong interest in finance, economics, and litigation consulting.This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of:·        Financial modeling·        Economic research and analysis·        Drafting expert reports·        Real-world litigation consultingYou will work directly with partners and senior members on active client matters.Schedule·        ~40-50 hours per week ·        Hybrid (NJ-based preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesThis is not a passive role, this is a growth track position for someone who wants to become a core part of building a boutique advisory firm.1.      Financial Modeling & Analysis a.      Build and support financial models (DCF, damages models, valuation analyses) b.     Analyze financial statements, projections, and market data c.      Assist in calculating economic damages2.     Report Drafting & Case Support a.      Assist in drafting expert reports and memoranda b.     Prepare exhibits, tables, and schedules c.      Support deposition and trial prep3.     Economic & Industry Research a.      Conduct industry and market research b.     Analyze trends relevant to litigation and valuation4.     Data Analysis & Visualization a.      Work with datasets (Excel, CSV) b.     Clean and organize data c.      Create charts and tablesCandidate Learning Objectives:·        Understand economic damages and valuation in litigation·         Build defensible financial models·        Communicate analysis in written reportsQualifications·        Strong interest in finance, economics, or accounting·        Excel proficiency required·        Strong analytical skills·        Excellent written communication·        Coursework in finance/economics·        Financial modeling experience
