We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.Benefits:Full Benefits! - Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401kCompany VehicleSome responsibilities:Oversee Market Service teamsWork with the Service Electrician staff to help coordinate schedulingOversees repairs of complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint.Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.A few Requirements:E1 or E2, with at least 5 years residential electrical experience.Prior supervisor or management experience (required)Proficient in Microsoft officeSolar Experience is preferred but not required.Needs to be highly organized with the ability to muti-task.Ability to troubleshoot basic residential electrical systems and assist techs over the phone.Able to work in large team environmentAble to read electrical schematicsMust have good communication skills verbally and through emailMust be self-motivated and willing to work until everything is done for the dayMust be able to evaluate electrical work through photos to make sure work is done properlyComfortable talking with customers / inspectors and deescalating situationsMomentum Solar is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
