Acute Psychiatric Hospital looking to bring on board CEO! CEO accountable for implementing and directing all facility operations while coordinating internal and external business development strategies. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff and administration to achieve the hospital’s goals and objectives.Degreed in a clinical, financial or business-related field, Master’s degree preferred.Prior behavioral health hospital CEO experience required.Demonstrate a high level of market acumen, build in market relationships, actively build physician network.Inpatient psychiatric leadership required.Ability to recruit and develop high performing team leaders.Collaborate with medical staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality care.
