The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring premises, enforcing site policies, and responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies.Previous security experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check prior to employment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPatrol assigned property and facilities on foot or by vehicle as requiredMonitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the siteObserve and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violationsRespond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarmsComplete daily activity reports and incident documentation accuratelyProvide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearanceEnforce company and client policies and proceduresCoordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessaryQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious security, military, or law enforcement experience preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to pass a criminal background checkStrong communication and observation skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsReliable transportation and dependable attendance requiredAbility to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsWork Environment* Indoor and outdoor duties may be required* Position may require prolonged standing, walking, and routine patrol activityEducation Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S.
