ER DVM (Alternating Nights/Weekends)

Dogs and cats ER care 24-hour, full-service hospital. Partner with GP's to solve animal's health problems. Standalone building 10,000 sq. feet with surgical room, dental room, in house full laboratory, state of the art equipment. 10 DVM's 15 Technicians. Accredited AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) member. Less than 15% of small animal hospitals in North America can claim this distinction. AAHA referral accredited which is defined by AAHA as: A referral practice is one that your primary veterinarian will refer you to for more advanced and specific tests, procedures, surgeries, and/or second opinions. An AAHA-accredited referral practice is required to have board-certified veterinary specialists on staff. Board-certified specialists graduated from veterinary school, completed several additional years in an internship and residency program, and have passed rigorous training and testing in specific areas, including surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, or neurology.Shift options based on hospital need: 7-3pm, 11-7pm, 1-11pm, 4pm-4am, 7pm-7am, 9pm-7amSunday - Saturday optionsFlexible Schedule - Weekend rotation required8-hour shift10-hour shift12-hour shiftRequirementsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
