You'll find that we're also pushing boundaries across the country at our additional facilities in Troy, MI; Houston, TX; Merrimack, NH; Burnsville, MN; and Murfreesboro, TN.Trystar is seeking a dependable and detail?oriented Onsite Service Parts Coordinator to support daily service parts operations on the manufacturing floor. This hourly role is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and executing service part orders to ensure they are completed accurately, prioritized correctly, and shipped on time.This position serves as the day?to?day point of execution for service part jobs—working closely with Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Engineering, and Shipping to keep service orders moving. We show up for each other, and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Service Parts Execution & CoordinationCoordinate daily execution of onsite service part orders from job release through shipmentTrack active service part jobs throughout the day and ensure work progresses to meet required ship datesCommunicate daily priorities with production, materials, and shipping teamsServe as the primary onsite contact for service part job status and part availabilityMaterial Handling & Inventory SupportVerify materials and components are available prior to starting service part jobsEnsure service parts are staged, labeled, and clearly identifiedAssist with maintaining organized service part staging and inventory locationsSupport inventory accuracy through proper material handling and transaction disciplineEpicor Transactions & AccuracyPerform Epicor transactions accurately, including job releases, material issues, moves, and completionsUpdate job status promptly to maintain visibility and prevent delaysFollow established standard work for all system transactionsCommunication & Issue EscalationProvide regular updates to supervisors and service stakeholders on job progressEscalate material shortages, missing information, or capacity constraints immediatelyWork collaboratively with cross functional teams to resolve issues and keep service orders on scheduleKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)On Time Delivery (OTD): Support achievement and sustainment of ? 95% for all service part ordersService Lead Time: Reduce delays through daily execution, prioritization, and follow-upTransactional Accuracy: Maintain ? 99% accuracy in Epicor job and inventory transactionsBacklog Health: Maintain clear, up to date status of all open service part jobs with minimal agingJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, logistics, or service support rolesERP/MRP system experience required; Epicor experience preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open jobsClear communication skills with both hourly and salaried team membersFull time onsite work in a manufacturing and warehouse environmentRegular walking on the production floor and interaction with material staging areasAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as neededBenefits:401 (k) with company matchMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsurancePTOPaid HolidaysTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
