Help Desk Technician
Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with our team to provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and applications.
Duties
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
