We deliver projects for Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Institutional, and Retail facilities throughout the United States.We are seeking Electrical Apprentices to support a commercial solar project in the Greer, SC area. Candidates must be actively enrolled in a federally approved electrical apprenticeship program and eager to develop their skills while working alongside experienced electrical professionals.ResponsibilitiesElectrical & Solar InstallationAssist with installing conduit ranging from 1" to 4"Assist with AC and DC wiring installationSupport solar panel and racking system installationsPerform minor electrical tasks under supervisionAssist with installation, retrofitting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipmentConstruction & Equipment OperationUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyOperate portable drills, table saws, aerial lifts, and other equipment as requiredAssist with demolition of old fixtures and installation of new fixturesSupport installation of emergency lighting, occupancy sensors, battery backup systems, and related componentsMaterial Handling & Site SupportAssist with loading and unloading trucksStage materials and equipment for installation crewsMaintain tools and equipment in proper working conditionFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirementsRequirementsMust HaveActive enrollment in a federally approved electrical apprenticeship programGeneral electrical knowledgeValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningBasic tablet and computer skillsAbility to distinguish colors used in electrical wiringStrong work ethic and reliabilityNice to HaveSolar installation experienceCommercial construction experienceExperience working with conduit and electrical wiringExperience operating lifts and power toolsFamiliarity with NEC standards and electrical safety proceduresBenefitsCompetitive hourly payWeekly payMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany-Paid Short-Term Disability (STD)Company-Paid Long-Term Disability (LTD)Training and development opportunitiesHands-on experience with large-scale solar projects
