What you'll be doing?We are looking for an outgoing fragrance expert to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. As the Fragrance Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand. You will leverage your product knowledge to provide friendly and customized service to all clients. You will strive to discover your clients and their every needs, build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets.Provide a unique one-on one consultation; cultivate loyal customers by offering professional advice on fragrancesDeliver high brand knowledge at all timeAnswer client inquiries relating to product and billing on a daily basisBe accountable for the sales results of the fragrance you representAccurately ring and process sales transactions in accordance with company’s Cash Handling Procedures Perform various non-selling duties, e.g. receive merchandise, housekeeping, inventory control, and update price changesIdeal Candidate1-2 years’ retail experience, with accurate and quick transaction handling abilityAbility to communicate effectively to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environmentBilingual in Mandarin and English Hourly Rate from $24.50 to $31.25
