Production Worker/Machine Operator

*Machine Operator – Manufacturing* We are hiring a dependable *Machine Operator* for a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor manufacturing and packaging equipment * Set up, adjust and supply machines as needed * Inspect finished products for quality and defects * Perform basic measurements and quality checks * Assist with machine changeovers and cleaning * Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area * Complete basic production documentation * Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures * Cross-train in other production areas as needed Qualifications: * Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Schedule: *4/10's - Monday–Thursday* *6:00 AM–4:30 PM* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) * Machine operation: 1 year (Required) * GMP: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
