Pool Service Assistant/Helper

Pool Technician Assistant Florida Pool & Spa – Maryland Heights, MO 7:30 AM Start time, Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed. Job description Florida Pool and Spa has proudly serviced the St. Louis area for over 30 years. We are looking for responsible and respectful individuals to add to our service team. Anyone with technical training or prior pool knowledge is encouraged to apply. Helpers/Assistants should be able to lift 50+ lbs and be comfortable working outdoors. Helpers/Assistants will assist service technicians with: Open Pools: Remove cover, start equipment, troubleshoot issues, minor plumbing repairs, chlorinator installation, pool cleaning. Close Pools: Apply cover, winterize lines, winterize equipment. Mid-Summer Maintenance: Check pools for dirt and debris. Backwash pool water filter to keep the pool clean. Test and balance water chemistry Scrub pool floors and walls. Vacuum pools and clean spas. Empty pool baskets and filters and replace either if cracked or broken. Inspect equipment to make sure it is functioning properly. Job Types: Full-time Pay is based on experience.
