Observes, reports and records adversereactions to medications and/or treatment to the registered nurse.Recognizes the need for and institute emergency measures in a rapid and appropriate manner, whenindicated.Participates in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs forother disciplines (i.e., PT, O, ST, Dietician) to the Care Designer/Director of Nursing or registered nursesupervisor.Performs all skills, treatments and procedures competently in accordance with State Board of Nursingscope of practice Nursing Practice and adheres to the policies, procedures and protocols of the agency.Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions.Identifies and participates in performance improvement activities.Uses equipment properly and in a safe manner.
