This role contributes independently across the development lifecycle and is trusted to deliver production ready solutions with limited oversight.The Salesforce Developer partners closely with business analysts, system administrators, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce functionality that improves operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToApplication Development & Configuration Design and build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative platform tools. Implement Salesforce data models, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and automation, aligned with platform best practices. Deliver enhancements that balance performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Integrations & Data Exchange Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Support inbound and outbound data flows, ensuring data integrity, error handling, and monitoring are properly implemented.User Interface & Experience Development Build user focused interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning frameworks. Optimize usability and performance of Lightning pages and components to support efficient end user workflows.Agile Delivery & Collaboration Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify technical options, and estimate development effort. Provide input on solution approaches and raise risks or technical constraints proactively.Testing, Deployment & Support Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure Salesforce solutions meet functional and quality requirements. Assist with code deployments and configuration promotion across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Support user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues across environments. Analyze and resolve defects, system issues, and performance concerns.Reporting & Analytics Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data views to support operational insight and business transparency.Documentation & Governance Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, configuration details, and deployment procedures. Adhere to established coding standards, security practices, and data governance requirements. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
