Machine Operator/Packer

*Machine Operator / Packer – $18.25/hr – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available* We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator / Packer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position is primarily focused on operating and monitoring molding equipment while also supporting packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or packaging experience and be comfortable working in a quality-focused environment. *Responsibilities:* * Operate and monitor assigned molding machines and production equipment * Ensure machines are running properly and communicate any production or quality issues * Perform visual inspections of finished parts to identify defects or quality concerns * Package finished cable ties and molded products according to production standards * Bag, seal, label, and box completed products * Verify product counts and weights using scales * Repack or relabel materials as needed * Follow written work instructions and safety procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Assist with training new employees when needed *Requirements:* * Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred * Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities * Basic English reading and writing skills required * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Ability to bend, lift, and stack materials up to 40 lbs * Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team *Schedule & Pay:* * 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available * $18.25/hour * Manufacturing environment with opportunity for growth #WOR Pay: $18.25 per hour Work Location: In person
