This role focuses on developing systems, managing product structure, and improving operational processes across sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands linen products and can create efficient, scalable workflows.Key Responsibilities:Develop and organize SKU structure for linen productsSource suppliers and manage vendor relationshipsAssist in building inventory and fulfillment workflowsSupport pricing strategies and cost trackingCoordinate logistics including shipping, storage, and distributionIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvementsAssist with product selection based on demandSupport overall operational growth of the linen divisionSet up a sales teamQualifications:Experience working with linen, textiles, or similar productsExperience in a product-based or operations-focused roleUnderstanding of inventory systems and SKU managementExperience working with suppliers or sourcing productsKnowledge of logistics and supply chain processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyPreferred:Experience in product distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based businessExperience supporting operational systems or process improvementHave experience in the linen rental industryWhy Join Us:Opportunity to be part of a growing division within an established companyHands-on role with real impactGrowth potential within a fast-moving environment
