Seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for part-time, in-person work in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings in Harrisburg, PA.Manage complex respiratory conditions, perform assessments, and coordinate care for patients with COPD, asthma, trachostomies, and ventilator therapies.Admit, evaluate, discharge, and monitor patients, ensuring respiratory stability and appropriate interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients/families on respiratory management.Require active APRN license, Master's degree, at least 3 years nursing experience, and 6 months in long-term care.Offer flexible schedule, productivity-based pay, ongoing education, and malpractice coverage.Ideal candidates are independent, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
