The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business demands with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our IT environment. This role involves working with diverse technologies including ServiceNow, on-premise infrastructure (storage, hosting, network, security), and various automation tools.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The person in this role shall perform the following (to include but not limited to) activities:Evaluate and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions using advanced technologies.Design and implement solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow, as well as manage on-premise infrastructure including storage, hosting, network, and security systems.Develop automation strategies to streamline operations and improve system efficiencies.Lead and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives to ensure seamless integration of development, security, and operations.Propose and engineer modifications and upgrades to existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated smoothly and align with business objectives.Create and present Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new projects and technologies.Design and develop proofs of concept, pilots, and prototypes to test new ideas and technologies before full-scale implementation.Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.Provide hands-on implementation of solutions and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.Lead Engineer/ Engineering and Implementation Lead
