Security Clearance: TS/SCI (Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly)Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OHJob Type: Full-TimeTarget Salary Range*: $120,000 - $129,000.This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salaryPosition OverviewSpecial Access Program (SAP)Key Responsibilities The primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Compartments efforts.The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.Performance shall include:Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces for computer system(s) assignedMaintain file servers, Firewalls, network access, Security Monitoring Systems and system documentation as requiredAnalyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performancePrepare system for operational use and support operational testsReview, prepare, and update authorization packagesNotify customer when changes occur that might affect authorization accreditationConduct cybersecurity portion of the self-inspection’s checklistReview and provide technical and cyber security coordination on all Bodies of Evidence that makeup the authorization packageIdentify any and all vulnerabilities and implement countermeasuresEnsure information systems and network appliances are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and practices Perform Video-Teleconferencing VTC System Administration, Scheduling, & ConfigurationProvide External Information System(s) Client SupportPerform account creations, changes, & deletions on multiple authorization boundariesPerform Help Desk & troubleshooting activitiesPerform Hardware/Software System Configuration, upgrades and modificationsPerform system and network appliance patching activitiesProvide Government-Issued Laptop SupportAssist in Media Control & Accountability activitiesPerform COMSEC account/equipment management activitiesQualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR an Associates and 7 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.Experience5-7 years related experience, prior experience in roles such as System/Network Administrator or Information Technology/Assurance SpecialistsSAP experienceCertifications IAT Level 2 or IAM Level 2
