Staff Analyst

Onsite in San JoseAssist with the development of a centralized repository of data and information pertaining to land rights and land obligations.Perform research efforts to identify and capture data and information on Valley Water assets (ex: bridges and culverts) to assist with asset management and operations and maintenance planning.Upload and index documents into Valley Water's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.Assist with the integration of Valley Water's ECM and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications.Assist with general land management practices.Knowledge Required:Practices of researching, evaluating research findings, summarizing data, and preparing written reports and correspondenceFamiliarity and with the primary functions of GIS applications (ex: ArcGis).Prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials.Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner; organize work, set priorities, and meet time deadlines.Excellent communication skills.Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
