Account Manager - Insurance (2-15 licensed)

Provide concierge customer service and oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.Service as the main point of contact for clients addressing any inquiries or concerns that they may have especially when dealing with enrollments, terminations, billing reconciliation and claim resolutionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidanceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of client projects,Assist with annual renewal analysisProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and account activities.Requirements3+ years working in the insurance industry managing client relationships and accounts.Proficiency with health, home and commercial insurance productsDegree in related fieldFlorida 2-15 license highly preferred or willingness to obtain it.
