Beacon Specialized Living - Salem Woods Drive - Responsibilities: Adheres to the person-centered plans, and behavior plans as written for each individual.; Provides opportunities throughout the day to help individuals meet their goals.; Administers medications as needed.; Completes required documentation before the end of shift, including progress notes, daily logs, incident reports, etc.; Transports individuals to appointments with advocates and obtains necessary documentation, when needed.
