We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. What You'll DoAs a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by: Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms thoroughly (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, restocking amenities) Preparing rooms for arriving guests according to brand standards Refreshing stayover rooms to ensure continued comfort Inspecting rooms for maintenance concerns and reporting issues promptly Responding to guest requests quickly and courteously Assisting with deep cleaning projects as assigned Maintaining proper inventory of housekeeping supplies Signing in/out radios for interdepartmental communication Signing in/out master keys in accordance with key control procedures Following all LEGOLAND New York Resort policies, OSHA standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines Maintaining professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniform, and appearance Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented and task-driven Reliable, flexible, and team-focused Organized with strong time management skills Positive, professional, and guest-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is a plus!
