As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our systems infrastructure and seeking an experienced Operations Administrator with advanced Salesforce expertise to help scale and optimize our operational backbone.Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a systems-driven professional who thrives in Salesforce and enjoys improving processes across departments. The Operations Administrator will serve as the primary operational support resource for Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and user management, while also supporting payroll coordination, compliance workflows, and financial processes. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs.Core ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & Optimization (Primary Focus)Own day-to-day Salesforce data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activity trackingDesign, build, and refine reports and dashboards for Operations and LeadershipManage user roles, profiles, and permissions in coordination with system administrationPerform data audits, duplication, validation, and structured updatesSupport workflow improvements and field optimizationAssist with data imports/exports and system updatesDocument processes and support ongoing system enhancementsOperational & Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate payroll inputs and timekeeping submissionsSupport new hire setup and employee status updatesManage background screening initiation and employment verificationsOversee business application access and user provisioningReview and reconcile expense reports and corporate card activityIdentify and implement process improvements across departmentsQualificationsRequired Experience:3+ years in operations, sales operations, HR operations, or business systems administration with strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including:Report and dashboard creationData maintenance and record managementUser access managementWorkflow/process improvement within SalesforceExperience supporting payroll or timekeeping systems (Paychex preferred)Experience working with business systems and cross-functional teamsMust be BilingualPreferred:Experience in multi-site or logistics environmentsFamiliarity with background screening platformsAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilitiesKey Skills:Strong systems thinking and process orientationHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesClear communication and documentation skillsWork Environment & BenefitsBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Short- and long-term disabilityLife insurancePaid time offKANN Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a professional and inclusive workplace.
