Top Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics Clinics Overview: Monday - Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week. Call - 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN's taking first calls Patient per day - 20 average Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5 E-consult capability Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area Phlebotomists on site Qualifications: BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000 Our plan includes an income guarantee RVU bonus incentive Reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals Vacation, sick and holiday time off We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
