The Florida offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP are seeking a Litigation Partner to manage a full caseload from inception to resolution and support associate development. The ideal candidate has a minimum of ten years of defense litigation experience in two or more of the following areas: Homeowners Associations (HOA), Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), and General Liability, along with strong management and supervisory skills. Portable business is not required.
