This role will partner closely with Creative, Production, Technology, Strategy, and Operations leadership to thoughtfully staff multidisciplinary teams across a large portfolio of digital work, including the agency’s largest and most complex account.This is a role for someone who loves the operational side of creative organizations. Someone who can balance client needs, team dynamics, business priorities, continuity, bandwidth, and cost, while helping teams stay effective, sustainable, and set up to do great work. The ideal candidate brings strong operational instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate fast-moving environments with calm, clarity, and sound judgment. They enjoy solving complex staffing challenges, building trust across teams, and creating structure in environments where priorities shift quickly.While we are a remote organization, this role is required to work PST hours.Candidates should have: 5-8+ years of experience in Resource Management, Creative Operations, Production Operations, or Project Staffing within a creative agency, digital agency, or similar environmentExperience supporting multidisciplinary teams across design, copy, motion, technology, strategy, and productionStrong understanding of digital web, app, campaign, and production workflowsExcellent organizational and communication skills, with experience navigating fast-moving priorities and multiple concurrent workstreamsExperience balancing timelines, skillsets, continuity, team dynamics, and workload health when staffing projectsExperience partnering with recruiting and finance teams on freelance staffing and hiring needsExperience working within resourcing and project management platforms such as Workfront, Notion, Coda, or similar toolsA proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detailWe’d like to know that you can: Partner with department and project leadership to thoughtfully staff multidisciplinary teams across a large portfolio of digital workMaintain visibility into team allocations and proactively identify bandwidth gaps, staffing conflicts, and potential burnout risksSupport quarterly planning efforts and help anticipate upcoming staffing and team needs across projects and workstreamsPartner with recruiting and leadership teams to identify freelance and hiring support needsHelp maintain healthy team utilization while balancing continuity, growth opportunities, and business needsAdapt resourcing plans thoughtfully as priorities, timelines, and project needs evolveHelp guide staffing recommendations based on project complexity, timelines, and team compositionBuild strong cross-functional relationships and operate as a trusted operational partner to teams and leadershipContribute to improving resourcing workflows, planning frameworks, and operational visibility across the agencyNavigate fast-paced environments with calm, clarity, and strong operational judgmentThe target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000k - $120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
