To learn more, visit www.pharmaron.com.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders across scientific, technical, and corporate functions within our U.S. organization. This role offers true end-to-end ownership of recruitment and the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, process improvements, and candidate experience in a fast-growing global CRO environment.You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, provide market insights and compensation guidance, lead offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates from first conversation through onboarding. This is an ideal role for a proactive, data-driven recruiter who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and impact.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn the recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboardingAct as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, supporting current and future workforce needsConsult with leaders on role scoping, market trends, and hiring strategiesProvide guidance on compensation recommendations and lead offer negotiationsActively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsConduct structured interviews and partner with hiring teams to drive timely, informed hiring decisionsTrack and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hireIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and automationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition and onboardingPromote Pharmaron as an employer of choice within the life sciences communityQualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiterProven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environmentsHands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiationExperience working in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environmentsExperience improving recruitment processes and systems; graduate recruitment experience is a plusKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practicesAdvanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systemsAbility to effectively communicate with and understand scientific and technical stakeholdersStrong relationship-building and consultative skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence decisionsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProven negotiation and stakeholder management abilitiesWhy Pharmaron?Pharmaron is a premier service provider for the life sciences industry.
