Agent Brand Manager (Real Estate Marketing)

Position Overview Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® is seeking an Agent Brand Manager with strong real estate marketing experience to support and elevate the personal brands of our real estate agents. This role works closely with agents in a one-on-one capacity to develop branding strategies, guide marketing decisions, and ensure consistent use of our in-house marketing services. This is an agent-facing, internal marketing role focused on brand strategy, relationship management, and execution support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple agent relationships while maintaining brand standards and compliance. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one meetings with real estate agents to discuss branding strategy, marketing goals, and business growth. Develop and support personalized agent branding strategies aligned with company brand standards and compliance guidelines. Serve as the primary in-house marketing point of contact for assigned agents. Guide agents on effective use of in-house marketing tools, platforms, and resources. Support creation and updates of agent marketing materials, including: Listing presentations using Moxi Buyer and seller marketing materials Agent-specific social media content Translate agent marketing needs into clear direction for internal design, video, and marketing teams. Review marketing materials for brand alignment, accuracy, and compliance. Educate agents through workshops, training sessions, and ongoing marketing support content. Support agent recognition, awards, and spotlight programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a client-facing marketing role. Real estate marketing experience is required. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Experience conducting one-on-one meetings or consultations. Working knowledge of branding and graphic design principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Must be located within commutable distance to the San Antonio main office. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a real estate brokerage or similar professional services environment. Background in account management, brand management, or agency-style roles. Familiarity with Moxi or similar real estate marketing platforms. Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams. Understanding of real estate marketing compliance standards.
