Lead Residential Electrician

Job Description Sector 7 Electrical LLC is seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to deliver safe, high-quality electrical service and lead residential installations and repairs in Springfield, MO.Position Summary As a Lead Residential Electrician, you will oversee and execute electrical work in residential settings, ensuring projects are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently. You will serve as a 'go-to' leader on job sites, coordinating tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards for workmanship and code compliance.This is a full-time, onsite role where you will perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while guiding daily work to keep projects on track.Key Responsibilities Lead residential electrical projects, including installations, upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety practices, and company standards.Supervise and support electricians and helpers on job sites, coordinating tasks and priorities.Diagnose electrical issues, determine appropriate solutions, and complete repairs with attention to quality.Maintain accurate job documentation, including work performed and materials used, as required.Required Qualifications Journeyman-level electrical experience working in residential environments.Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, safe work practices, and jobsite procedures.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and complete repairs accurately.Experience reading and interpreting residential electrical plans, layouts, and technical documentation.Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively onsite in a hands-on role.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead electrician on residential projects.Familiarity with common residential electrical components and systems, including panels, circuits, and lighting.Experience ensuring project timelines and job quality while coordinating tasks with a team.Strong communication skills for interacting with homeowners and team members professionally.Compensation Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30+
