Licensed Real Estate Broker – Weekend Open House Support

We’re looking for a licensed real estate broker to support our team by hosting open houses every weekend. This is a great opportunity to build consistency, reliability, and face-to-face client interaction while connecting with buyers. What We’re Looking For Required: Active WA real estate broker license (broker or managing broker) Professional, friendly, and confident communicator Reliable weekend availability and transportation Self-motivated and detail-oriented Comfortable promoting open houses on social media and engaging buyers online Willing to place open house signage to increase visibility and attendance Creative and proactive in finding ways to drive more traffic to open houses What We Offer Consistent weekend open houses Steady exposure to active buyers Support from an established team Opportunity to build relationships and generate leads Trial Period Please note there is a 3-month trial period. Performance will be evaluated based on: Attendance Buyer engagement Lead follow-up Initiative and creativity Additional Details Open house locations can vary by listing but will generally be within Snohomish or King County Hours can range from 6–12 per week primarily on Saturdays and Sundays but on occasion for new construction projects we may also need Friday coverage.
