Job Description: Social Services Consultant We're Looking for a Social Service Consultant to join our team. This is a full time position. Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or other human service field and at least two years of experience as a Social Service Director in a long- term care facility. What You'll Do As a Social Services Consultant you will work closely with our amazing team of Social Services Directors and Desginees assesing,coordinating and implemeting services to ensure that the medical,emotional and social needs of the residents are met.
