Sales Associate – Kitchen & Bath Showroom (Seattle) Location: Tukwila, WA Job Type: Full-time We are a well-established kitchen and bath cabinetry showroom in Seattle, specializing in kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling products. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. About the Role This position focuses on sales and design for kitchen and bathroom projects. Our primary products include: Cabinets (main focus) Quartz and stone countertops Flooring Closets Tile products Kitchen & bath accessories such as faucets, sinks, mirrors, and shower doors You will work closely with customers to design functional and visually appealing spaces while guiding them through product selection and purchasing. Responsibilities Use Design2020 software to create kitchen and bathroom designs Prepare quotes, place orders, and manage sales transactions Assist customers with product selection across multiple product lines Provide professional and attentive customer service throughout the entire sales process Communicate clearly to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Qualifications Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required Ability to speak at least one additional language besides English is required Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred Comfortable working with design and inventory software (training provided) Able to manage multiple projects and product lines Training & Probation Period Full training provided All new hires will complete a 3-month probation period Full-time employment is confirmed upon meeting performance standards Compensation Hourly pay + commission Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week, in compliance with labor laws Benefits Paid vacation Paid sick leave Medical insurance (including dental) 401(k) retirement plan Work Schedule Monday to Saturday (6 days per week) One rotating weekday off Overtime applies for hours exceeding 40 per week Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
